We had the amazing opportunity to be guests at the Crave Expo event, and it was such a delicious afternoon, where we met many talented chefs, caterers and vendors.
Our first visit was the Palos Verdes Catering stand, where the tasting of the savory and tangy fish mango ceviche, pineapple meatballs followed by delicious sweet treats. Meet the sweet chefs.
Then, meet John and Jen from the Emporium Thai cuisine. What a delicious bite size treats.
And now Chef Charm (on the right) from Corazon’s custom catering with her delicious Philippino treats with a French twist. From the Adobo pastries, to the stuffed zucchini cups and beef skewers. An international flare of flavors.
Chef Kevin Warren with his speciality dish “Seafood Gumbo”. A recipe inspired by his grandmother cooking that had all the cajun flavors of the south in one bowl. Yummm…my favorite!
